Colgate University’s Department of Romance Languages and Literature presents:

Doña Justicia y el Candidato Perfecto

Inspired by the absurdist and satirical film, Relatos Salvajes (2014, Damián Szifron), this theatrical adaptation presents the internal conflict of a waitress, where fate, revenge, and dark humor collide. A corrupt politician enters a restaurant on a dark and rainy night, greeted by a waitress whose life has been irreversibly changed by this figure. As she struggles with these painful memories, the Cook of the restaurant urges vengeance. The interplay of absurdity and dark satire turns a simple dinner into a roller coaster of events and emotions.
